I didn't want to put it in the title 'cause everyone would stay away, but it's a MySpace layout.
I promised a friend I'd turn a design for their band into a working layout and I'm having a headache from the damn thing.
Here's the layout thus far.
It looks like it should look only in Firefox, but not in IE 6, 7, 8 (which is his main target audience) and Safari 3 has the same layout problem (this browser is not important, just for the sake of preview).
You'll probably need Firebug or something to see the code, it's a bunch of ugly styles nested inside of hunderds of MySpace table tags. Sorry for the messy code but it's the only way of designing around MySpace.
So, why does it work in Firefox and not in IE 6, 7, 8 (and Safari 3)?

What I've discovered is - when I remove the .bg div it works, but I need that for the upper bg.
