I am looking for a script that handles the backend of a advertising company. Now, that is not much of a problem: HOWEVER, i dont want advertisers and publishers, i just want publishers.

Basically im looking for a script that allows people to sign up as publisher, and then i place my own ads at their site at a fixed (or variable, if possible) rate.

Does anyone know any script that can do that?
