alexts2000 is right, a reseller account from an experienced provider with a good reputation would be the way to start. Focus more on quality and less on the price.

Given that your English is not very good, it may a good idea to focus on the local market. that means that it may make (marketing and technical) sense to find hosting with the servers in, or close to your country. A lot of hosts all over the world use servers in the US, so make sure you get what you need.

Do not try to get more customers by offering Unlimited disk space or bandwidth as this is not possible in the hosting industry and offering what is not possible wouldn't help you to stay in the market for a long time. Also, if you do this, genuine customers who have been in this industry from a long time will never choose your company as they are well aware of the things which are not possible.

What i understand from his question is that he wants a good web host?? i am not sure. But if you all understood otherwise, then be it.

my 2 cents, Always keep customer service as high priority. If you don't do that, you will slowly go down in the market. More than speed, uptime or other technical factors; people want to be treated well. Do that and you are hit in the market.

Not that I'm exactly pro unlimited, but some of the biggest names around have been offering unlimited or virtually unlimited shared hosting packages for years. They're still here, and growing strong, so to say that offering unlimited is a sure way to failure, cannot be accurate.

Equipped yourself with web hosting technology and knowledge.
Go for a reseller hosting plan.
Market your business to target market, ASP.NET webmasters / PHP developers / Business users?
Provide good customers support service. Better with a support team.
Offering freebies and discount for royal customers.
    Cheers!

Reseller hosting allow you to start your web hosting business in lower cost and management contribution for handling the servers and data center.
But the bottom line still the same where you need to have expertise on hosting. Windows hosting or Linux hosting?
It is more important to retain your current customer base by providing continuous supports and product updates for them.
    Cheers!

I'd start with reseller hosting which will help you to cover your hosting expenses as soon as you refer few people to the same service depending on the pay plan. I use Host 4 Profit as my host and earn from the reseller program it offers as well. The decision ultimately should be yours, as you need to find a service that suits your requierments.

Yes, that's correct. However, offering unlimited disk space and bandwidth does not help many of the hosting providers to get corporate customers as most of the corporate customers are well aware of the fact that unlimited disk space and bandwidth is just not practical in the web hosting industry.
