Given that your English is not very good, it may a good idea to focus on the local market. that means that it may make (marketing and technical) sense to find hosting with the servers in, or close to your country. Do not try to get more customers by offering Unlimited disk space or bandwidth as this is not possible in the hosting industry and offering what is not possible wouldn't help you to stay in the market for a long time. my 2 cents, Always keep customer service as high priority. If you don't do that, you will slowly go down in the market. More than speed, uptime or other technical factors; people want to be treated well. Do that and you are hit in the market.

Yes, that's correct. However, offering unlimited disk space and bandwidth does not help many of the hosting providers to get corporate customers as most of the corporate customers are well aware of the fact that unlimited disk space and bandwidth is just not practical in the web hosting industry.
