Proportions!
I purchased the CSS book about a month ago and ive been reading away but this week got around to making my own website based on the 2 column design in there but modified to how i like it and so far it looks really good (well in my opinion) displaying at any resolution that is 1280 pixels across. When i drop the resolution to 1152 or 1024 across my whole pages goes crazy and things start appearing on different lines yada yada. I have a 209 pixel border each side of all my content and it keeps that no matter what the resolution which i think is screwing everything up. I look at other sites and the border to the left and right just changes depending on the resolution and takes up more room if needed to keep everything proportional, so my question is how do i achieve this?
