    Any way to hide the path?

    I'm using a popular php video-sharing script for my web site.
    I've modded it so vistors must pay to view a video, however the path to the thumbnail appears on the page in the View Source code, which is very similar to the path to the actual video. Is there any way to hide the path code?

    I would use ImageMagick to dynamically size the thumbnail for you..basically an img src tag in HTML that calls a PHP script that then grabs the thumbnail server side and displays it to the user. The path to the PHP script could be anywhere really. The server side code obviously isn't visible to anyone so you could hide it this way.

    Thanks for your reply, but I'm not understanding your solution. Can you clarify?

    Hi ChrisjChrisj,

    What scoobasteve1982 means is that instead of calling the thumbnails statically, you can use an html image tag, whose source is a php script that outputs an image, your thumbnail (using some Imagemagik code).

    Something like:
    Code HTML4Strict:

    <img src="generatethumbnail.php?id=123&param1=aaa&paramb=987&w=250&h=120">

    Hope that helps.
    Yours truely
