Javascript menu for frames?

Hi there,

Does anyone know where I can find a SIMPLE Javascript Vertical menu that will work on a frames site? I have tried one from milonic.co.uk (also available on Dynamic Drive) but it is way too complicated for me!

It must allow me to have 3 sub menus.

You're on the right track alright!

Is there one where the menu automatically retracts when you click on another menu option? I had something like this one before but had a few complaints that it kept expanding unless the visitor closed them themselves!
