Error when installing IIS4 on NT workstation 4.0 with SP6a

I am trying to get a version of IIS on my work computer for testing purposes and also for learning ASP. I run NT workstation 4.0 SP6a

I found a link for the NT workstation option pack which contains IIS 4 BUT after I had installed everything and double clicked install.exe this error message came up
setup detected that windows NT 4.0 SP4 or greater is installed on your machine. We haven't tested this product on SP4. Do you wish to proceed? Yes/No selecting yes or no I get this error message
    invalid program arguments were specified
    /[<master_oc_inf>
Specifies the name of the master inf (required)
/n Forces the specified master inf to be treated as new
    /ssource_path>
Specifies the source path for installation (required)
    /uunattended_spec>
    Specifies unattended operation parameters
    Yes

If I click yes and then restart, the files have been unzipped but nothing is under start/programs so I cannot seem to be able to start IIS.

Searching the MS support center it gave me a to do list for installing IIS and the order was:
    install IIS 4.0 Option pack
    reinstall SP6a
    reinstall IE6
(dll's are supposed to be over written in option pack hence why need to reinstall)

Does anyone have a clue? As its says to install SP6a (or SP4 or above) but no where does it mention getting an error?

As I am not an IIS person (hence why downloading it to learn it) if anyone has a thoughts as to what is happening I would greatly appreciate it

    Thanking you

Remove SP6a, it contains more bugs than it fixes.
    One day I'll understand it.
