what do you recommend for real time synching of emails w/blackberry?

I am a one man shop basically, and would like a better handle on emails. I have 5 email addresses that filter to my blackberry, but the problem is - when I email from my blackberry, it isn't captured on my outlook. I know an exchange server would help me out, but that seems way too pricey for little old me. What are some other alternatives?

    Smile

I would suggest you to check the settings of your phone as well as outlook as this normally happens if the settings of the phone are not correctly done.

BCC is certainly an option - or you can use a mail management system such as a support desk that will save all mails to and from and record them in chronological order

I know that on my iPhone I can set it to store the sent messages in a folder on the server (using IMAP) so if you set up your BB to use imap you should be able to do something similar.

ImAP is the best solution for the smartphones and related. Thaqt will leave the copy on the server and faster and you always be able to have the copy via POP/SMTP

What if you send the copy of the email to the one special email?
