I don't suppose such a script exist to pull down content and images from an existing site? Otherwise, I'll have to save each image from an existing site one by one.

Why not use FTP? Just download the folders you need, or the whole site if you want it.
lol. definitely would've done that if i had ftp access.
it's for a new client where their old developer has locked them out of the existing site.
lots of SW like that out there, can't recommend one from my prior experience but google something like website ripper and tons come up
