Google owns me!!!!
I use the search, webmaster tools, analytics, gmail, reader, voice, docs, maps, images, youtube, feedburner, apps, chrome and probably at least one more thing that I have not thought of.![]()
igoogle because it has everything I need in one spot.
Search
Gmail
Calendar
Weather
RSS feeds (through Google reader)
News feeds
I also use Google docs and Google analytics.
*Deep Breath*
Gmail
Google Reader
Google Calendar (Synced to my E71 which is very helpful indeed- check out goosync)
Google Docs (not that much, just for sharing docs actually, def' not for editing)
Google Earth (Of course!)
Google Maps (online, and for sat nav with my E71 and GPS)
Webmaster Tools
Analytics
Adwords
iGoogle (sometimes, rarely)
Oh and that 'search' thing Arkinstall mentioned, I use that a bit too...
Other products like Feedburner and youtube I'd say yes to also.
Edit, and I completely misunderstood your question and gave you a list. Well, it's not in any order of preference per se, but Search would be #1, followed by Reader and then Gmail probably. I use both Reader and Opera's RSS too, but I usually add all webdev feeds to reader and follow personal blogs in Opera.

Search and AdSense - so far all the others I have tried such as mail and analytics are just useless garbage.

Chrome, AdWords, FeedBurner and once or twice a year I log into the old AdSense account.
Other than the search, not much of the stuff people have listed so far as "Google products" were created by Google...
Docs was Writely, Analytics was Urchin Live (with a UI refresh courtesy of MeasureMap), FeedBurner's still carrying its pre-Google name, AdSense is based on Applied Semantics, Google Earth was from Keyhole...

One product from Google that I use very much is the Picasa software. It is a great picture viewer and editor.
