Statistics System for an Ad Network

I am starting an affiliate ad network that uses Shopping.com API to display CPC shopping results.

I have made "widgets" that sites will place on their site via an iFrame to display the advertisements. Is there a free or cheap script I can use to monitor the impressions and clicks on the ads? I would like to be able to track the individual site's performances. I can append a URL variable for each site on the iFrame call, so maybe I can use that to differentiate the different stats for each site.

What I would do if I were you would be to incorporate Google Analytics, and then manually track outbound links with this:

You can also use the Google Analytics API to show stats on your site. Here is how we did that.
