get any blogs rssurl from their urls

Hello
I have the blog urls for a few blogs of my liking. Using get_meta_data function I am able to pull the title, description and keywords for these blogs. I also want the corresponding rssurls for these blogs. Is there a method to get their rssurls when you only know their blog urls??

You could parse the link elements in the page's header. For example, this page has two feeds like:
