Not sure of the best but Simply Rails 2 seems popular on Sitepoint so you'd be able to get answers if you get stuck

I started with Rails for PHP Developers as I had been programming in PHP for a long time--the comparisons between PHP and Ruby were really helpful since it built on what I already knew.
