Anyone know of a network that will let me sign up to them and put their banners up before my site launches and starts getting visitors? I will be wanting to host banners that will give good deals on flights, restaurants etc...
I have tried safe-audit before, but with no success. It would be best with a banner network that would decide which banners were relevant and pay me for all the clicks on the banners and not just single companies paying per click on their banners.
I don't think BurstMedia.com will let you sign up before the site actually launches, but they are definitely worth a look. I use them (with Flycast) and they have good payout rates.
