A very important lesson I have learnt in Online Marketing is that promote your website via e-mail to the targetted e-mails of your clients.

Please tell me where would I get such targetted e-mail addresses from. Is there some kind of database on the Internet for the same.

Dear friend you will have to spend some money - may be 10 to 20 cents per email!!!
Try out yesmail.com, postmasterdirect.com, etc.
