why are you retrieving the last login before the last login?

DESC LIMIT 1,1 means to skip over the last login and take the one before that

This is a good question, I am not a coder. I picked up the script from
http://www.mpdolan.com/bb/viewtopic.php?id=793 to add onto a redirect script from www.mpdolan.com. It worked, but not properly. Matter of fact, the whole free software, redirect 1.31 has multipe bugs. So, I went online and was told I should convert the database table from varchar to datetime and index that table too. This led me down the path of converting a config.php file, a loglogin.php file, and this script that is added to the web page you would like it to appear. You asked. So, what I'm I doing wrong? I do have it working... Pretty neat.
Before I index it would list the log at that date and time.
