    An image with 3 links

On my first page I am trying to create a pie chart image ( circle with 3 equal segments) and I want each segment to link to a different area of my site. I can create the image ok but how do I divide it up for linking. I'm a newbie so if its too compilcated I will look at another design

Or you can just cut the image up into 3 pieces and have each be a different link

No, just no. Flash isn't accessible and while search engines are supposed to be better when it comes to spidering flash, they aren't nearly as good at it as old-fashioned html. Besides, this is a simple task, so suggesting to learn a whole new thing isn't really the best option.

The use of image maps will greatly increase the page file size, cut the image up into 3 pieces better.
