Well to be honest with you "NO" but if you are in the habit of posting at different forums then together you should have some good traffic from Forums...

Only for those who don't yet have enough posts for their sig links to have the nofollow removed. Of course the sig links are also only visible to those who are logged in so search engines don't see them anyway.

Of course this doesn't affect the value of your sig links in any effective way since the value of real people clicking them is billions of times more than that of search engines following them.

Rudy, that's an interesting website but I am unsure exactly how relative that is because they don't actively monitor a large number of forum's (especially in Internet related areas). Plus I wonder exactly how accurate it is in terms of keeping the information up-to-date.

Aside from SitePoint, you can try to participate at V7N. Their moderators are friendly and the community is active as well.

Among the active forums (where I personally participate in) are: Digitalpoint, Submitexpress, Websitebabble, Webmastertalk. But personally, I love Sitepoint the most.

Best in what? Web design & marketing maybe, but to say they're the "best" is odd. Would a 13 year old pokemon freak agree with you?

I believe you are correct about that. Several of the forums I belong to aren't even listed in their list of forums. Unless they have a program to update their list in real time, it's bound to be full of errors.
