Does Google index .php file types?

    Hello All:

I noticed while reading Google's facts and fictions section: http://www.google.com/webmasters/facts.html

That it did not list the .php file type as one that they are able to index.

Fact: At Google, we are able to index most types of pages and files with very few exceptions. File types we are able to index include: pdf, asp, jsp, hdml, shtml, xml, cfml, doc, xls, ppt, rtf, wks, lwp, wri.
Does this mean that they cannot index .php files?

Or do you think they just did not list it?

It would seem to me that with the popularity of .php they would have listed it.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Best Regards,
    worksdev
