    Unhappy Problem with text overlapping itself

    Hi,

    I have a site that has been built for a kiosk, so it needs to use a large font so the text is clear on the kiosk. This has caused a problem where my text wraps onto the next line, it nearly overwrites itself. Is there a way I can set the text to add some white space when it wraps on to the next line?

    Thanks

    Maybe you should try the "line-height" property and set that to a big numba.

    Otherwise, I think it would be better if you can provide a URL so that we can see the problem, and then think of a solution?

    He's likely already setting the line-height property. Normal HTML text does not have this problem.

    CF101...do you have complete control over the browser environment? If you do then code only for that browser. Try setting the font size/line-height all at once:

    font: verdana 12pt/14pt;
