lol, ouch.
Just goes to show that just cause your on the net you're not immune from libel laws! I don't think she'll have any defence, unless she can prove her comment.
Thing is, the landlords are probably going to get a ton more bad publicity over this then if they had done nothing.

Luckily for her, there is more to proving libel than just the fact that it is something that they did not want to hear said about them.
If it was truthful, and it was stated as opinion, then it is harder.
But, it might still come down to who spends the most money on lawyers.

sheesh...that's kinda tough for a $50,000 damage lawsuit don'cha think. They could've contacted the person first before filing the case if their apartment isn't moldy as they claim.
