Suggestions for a Good Reseller Account?

I'm looking for a good reseller service. I switched over to a local service 6 months ago but the service is getting increasibly worse and I can't in all good conscience sell the products any longer.

I went with a local for ease of payment mainly.

Any recommendations on a good product/supplier?

I'm not one, and I use Hostgator. It's cheap and I've had zero problems with it in the 18 months I've had it. However, I HAVE heard scare stories (them suspending sites without warning, tech support being a bit difficult etc.), but I can honestly say I've had no problems, and in the rare occasion I've had to contact tech support, they've been nothing short of helpful.

Such stories will be heard with any of the bigger hosts (a numbers game really). If the server is put in jeopardy, they will shoot first and ask questions later, rather than have the couple of hundred other customers on that same server affected.

Maybe I'm getting what I paid for then. I paid a one-off of an equivalent of $80 for a year then about $25 for 1 year domain and hosting for each. My volume isn't that high.

If you do the search for the reseller web hosting service I assume you will get some results. Then work with them acording to your needs and then you will have certain names and i assume you will be able to do the search for them and find out the reviews

Just so you know, I've been giving UberHost.net a spin for the past month. While it's truly not a long enough time span to be able to accurately judge them by (I consider the bench mark to be a year at the least), their customer support has been nothing short of top notch, and their prices are far more than reasonable, too.

I asked Chris at uberhost about that. He said that DirectAdmin runs a lot faster and leaner than cPanel. I'm considering purchasing a DirectAdmin VPS for that reason, so that I can run it on as little resources as possible. For clients I'd be inclined to go with cPanel though since it is so common and probably has some extra features that clients may be expecting.

By the way, which platform are your website developed with?
