I just wanted to work on a Online Software. For that i need to know about what are the things that has to keep in mind and that has to deal with, if I want to surf the website anonymously.
I have figured out some points :
1) Use of Proxy Servers
2) Daily update of Proxies
3) Changing of IP via Proxy
4) Making fake referrer.
What might be the other things to take into account.

If you have good knowledge of anonymously surfing, you wouldn't have asked this question. Anyways, let me tell you:
AFAIK, to surf anonymously, you need to change the IP dynamically, moreover, you have to spoof the referred, and many other things that I dont know and wanted to know through my post.
So all these things can be done well in PHP better then any other scripting.
Moreover, if I asked this question in PHP Forum, it means that i want to do (what I have asked) through PHP.
Now, it would be great if you can share your knowledge on the topic.
Do you want to route your own internet connection through a PHP script, to browse anonymously? Have you looked at existing services, applications, etc. for anonymous browsing?
This is the PHP forum, and you appear to want to write come code. Why? I think you're either asking the wrong questions or wanting to do something that doesn't make sense. This forum is definitely not the place to ask for advice and methods about surfing anonymously in a generic sense.
