I ve seen a lot of sites saying ,pay through pay pal.

How is the money sent to us if the money is paid to
pay pal.

I live in india and iam new to these kind of things.

Can i get money in India from USA or other countries.

Im at Brazil now! If i get a dolars account at a bank here in Brazil and a Debit Credit Card only for that account, Am I able to do that?

Will be Ok to my funds be sended there and do payments of the money inside that account with the credit card.
