Suggest script for ad affiliate system

I'm looking for a affiliate ad script, which allows user to watch ad for 30 sec. and earn money. There will be two level of user, and user can upgrade. There will be a referral feature too.

Please suggest me such script. View the attachment for more detail. Paypal integrated.

I think you are looking for a PTC script (paid to click). You can find a lot of free script on the net, or may purchase it at a little price.
