looking for a tutorial on a complete login with PHP

I am looking for a tutorials on registration system
register, user must validate from email sent, login, forgot pw where email will be sent to user to reset pw feature,remember me feature, logout,

it can even be a good book, or the net

I googled it but could not find with all these features

Also was looking at web assist site they have for purchase, but don't know how good there stuff is or if anyone has had experience with them, would like to know
