How can I make a backround image using html code?

Background images are usually added with CSS. Search for "CSS background-image" and you'll find several tutorials. If you're new to CSS, you may want to consult a general CSS tutorial first, or at least learn to link a CSS file to your HTML (http://htmlhelp.com/reference/css/style-html.html).
