For the past 2 years I have been involved with running a web portal, African Trade Online ( http://www.african-trade.com). I am now considering selling it and moving on to other web related products. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can go about doing this.
If someone has approached you then you're better off. If not put it up for auction at a site lik Ebay or Yahoo!Auctions and you may get a buyer.
Negotiate the price but let the other person be the first to lay down an offer, just because 99% of the time the first chooser-of-the-price gets the sour deal.
But just so you know, most offers to buy websites to get turned away, are fake, or turn out not to work.
