Is there a way to copy CD/DVD with Cycliccyclic Redundancy Check Error?

Many a times i face problem in copying Scratched CD/DVD.An error Cyclic Redundancy Check Error is shown and the copying process fails.Is there a solution to copy such CD/DVD.
Plz Help.

I had heard that "CD Roller" can help if you have luck / your CD/DVD didn't damage too much.
