im looking for a good Digital Asset management software that i can integrate with my site. i need to perform login's and registration as well as uploads and downloads.
the software should intergrate seamlessly to the style of the site

You're looking for a gallery script? There're many good ones out there. Most standalone scripts have the login/reg. features. If your site is running a CMS like Joomla or a blogging script as Wordpress, then take a look at their respective extensions/addons.

Your best bet is Coppermine and you can see it at coppermine-gallery dot net (I'm too new here to post a real url)

Very configurable and integrates with a number of CMS's and forum software to share logins.
