    Question My HTML won't validate - something with UL and LI

    http://tinyurl.com/nfwb72

    That's the site, and I got 2 problems with it.

    One - constant errors when I try to validate the document.

    I get 20 errors, and 18 of them are

    "document type does not allow element "LI" here"

    Also, the arrow button that slides the images looks in place in Firefox (right on the border of the outline) - but in Chrome it goes 10 pixels to the left. Anyone knows why?

    I don't know why I keep getting that error - so if anyone knows how to get rid of that...thanks

    simple, you can't stick a DIV or H5 inside a UL -- the only thing that you can put into a UL is one or more LIs
    Code:
    <ul id="site_map">
                    <div class="first">
                    <h5>Aaaaaa</h5>
    	            <li><a href="#">Links</a></li>
    	            <li><a href="#">Links</a></li>
                    <li><a href="#">Links</a></li>
                    </div>

    I'll give it a try, I need to find some online tuts for it or something, I'm basically fresh into this website thing.

    Any ideas why do those buttons move in Chrome, IE, or Safari?
