    Forget FDC Servers

So recently I signed up another dedicated server from FDC to balance some load with an ageing server.

The entire IP range that my server has been allocated 4 addresses from has serious spam block issues that FDC are ignoring so the server is completly useless.

I logged the issue with them a week ago, and they still aren't doing anything to fix it.

If you want good dedicated hosting go elsewhere.

Have you asked for the refund? I believe that should stimulate them to me more active and probably they will solve that issue for you?

Not sure what that means but the latest reply from FDC - Our entire subnet within Denver has been blacklisted. Therefore assigning a new IP within the data centre will not help.

My problems are small comparitively they have a pretty big issue. But ofcourse I still pay for the privilege.

To follow this up over the ages since my last post we've been tooing and fro'ing. No refund no fix.....
Hostgator has been a little bumpy for my lower traffic sites, but they always help, if your expanding don't think expensive colocation or dedicated servers will solve any problems especially so if your host is FDC.
