Tell a client that I will make their website pass validation tests?

Most of the other local web developers here will not make a site that passes XHTML and CSS validation. I will, unfortunetely I don't know how to use that as a selling point because most people don't even know what that means? Should I just not mention that to potential clients or is there a way I can use that in a pitch?

    Thanks.

If you want to pitch that to a client, you need to figure out how it helps their bottom line. Otherwise it's not a benefit at all.

And you'll have to word it without the jargon.
