    Outlined Checkbox in IE--any fix?

    Have a look at:

    http://www.rpgme.com/accounts/Account.html

I've created the whole page without the use of tables, but not without some minor annoyances...

In IE6.0 the tabs are seperated from the box border by a bit of white space. That _isn't_ the desired look. Any way to fix that?

Also, notice the checkbox has an outline around it and I can't figure out why. This also only occurs in IE 6.0.

    Thanks!
    Chris

For the checkbox problem, look at your line of code that looks like this:
    Code:
    <input type="Checkbox" class="formInput"...
Take away the class="formInput" from it.

For the other problem, put the IMG and the DIV on the same line in your text editor. So it should now look like:
    Code:
    <img src="../images/accountTab.gif" /><div style="width: 410px; backgr...

This is a great example of using CSS where people would almost always head straight for the button entitled TABLE in their HTML editors ...

However, I have a suggestion. You have a class called label. How about actually using the <label> tag itself? This tag is used for accessibility purposes, which allows screen readers to explicitly link the label to fht form field. Here's an example of the code for a text box:

    <span class="inputLabel"><label for="txtFieldName_920_2353">labelName/label></span><br />
    <input class="input" type="text" title="Some title attribute here" maxlength="" size="" name="txtFieldName" id="txtFieldName_920_2353" value="">

You'll notice I also have a label class - you may still need this for setting width (I'm ot sure if you simply applied width ro label tag whether that would work ... you could try though)

    Great work all the same.

    Thanks for the Assistance

    Matt,

Thanks for the help. Works wonderfully now.

    lloydi,

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll see if I can take care of that next chance I get.
