Hey, i'm new to the site. I'm thinking about creating my own website. I've tried making sites a few times before, but didn't get any traffic, I think it may have been because I wasn't experienced enough to create good content at that time. However, I'm willing to give webmastery another shot.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me this time, I'm thinking of getting a few people together to help on the site, they could have the same level of control over the site as me.
I'm thinking we could use a blog to start off, just to keep things simple.

Welcome to Sitepoint. A couple of things that you might want to consider:
1. Get a good plan together in a document for you site
2. Find a way there would be some incentive for people to want to help you.
