First - Creating a clone of a site may have certain legal and copyright issues. It is fine to offer the same services, but not to clone a site.
Second - This kind of service needs more than just a script. For programmers and other services, you need to go to the marketplace.
Third - If you're going to start your own online business, you should have already a business plan drafted. When you ask for counsel, you need to be specific, nobody can teach you in one post what to do or how your site should be. You'll only get generic answer that will have little value
