Market on this site effective?

Hello, I noticed this site has a marketplace and thought It'd be a good idea to make some pocket money selling new websites. Does anyone even buy sites from here or is it a waste of time?

People buy sites here all the time, if you've got a quality product then you can generate revenue, if not they you won't.

I've just been browsing them. Might even buy instead of sell. I noticed one site being sold with only 80 uniques.
