Have you ever heard about Free Top Level Domains?

A site called hyperwebenable, com was one providing Free top level domain like yourname, com. But now google is saying this site is a malware producer. Another one is Register, com, but these guys need a credit card and their renewal charge after one year is more that four times than others !!
After a long while I found a site providing free domain with full DNS support which can be hosted with sites like x10hosting.
does anyone have any other suggestions?

I would treat getting anything which normally costs money for free as highly suspictious, the business involved has to make money somehow to cover the expenses and you know straight out if they don't tell you on the website, it's possibly not going to end well.

I think Google is right on their way to diagnose a website and warn their users from harmful sites.

That isn't a top level domain - it is a second level domain. Top level domains can now be purchased but the prices are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars plus range.
