sitepoint forum content being duplicated?

I was doing some searching through google, and came across this. It looks like forum posts are being duplicated to this site:

I wasn't quite sure if forum posts would be included as "stolen content" like blog posts and articles would be.

In addition to the duplicate content the site also has the SitePoint logo next to the "view original post" link.

It might pay to forward the info onto Shayne Tilley (he's one of the admins for these forums) he would know whether or not they have permission, if he doesn't know he could forward it onto whichever member of sitepoint staff who does know.
