Where to find the ultimate 3D floor plan software?

I've been looking for the ultimate 3D floor plan software for weeks, but it seems everyone of them has more lacks than advantages.

What I'm looking precisely is a simple software that can be easy to learn and has great 3D renderings so that my dream house looks perfect and shiny. Think of Sims, but more advanced and with more freedom

Does anyone stumbled upon such a software?

I've tried softwares like: 3D home architect, Sweet Home 3D, Floor planner, but non of them is near what I'm looking for.

Freeware would be better, but shareware would be nice too. I'll check this one, thanks!

I've tried Google Sketchup, but because of it's general use is not the perfect one.

@Jun Valasek: I just tried "Turbo floor plan 3D - Home and Landscape Pro" and so far it's one of the best softwares. IF you're familiar with that: Is it possible to make a split-level floors?

Really! Well I wasn't required to post 10 times in the forum. The URL is visualsupercomputing.com/request-download-page.html and at the bottom of the page you submit your email and then the download URL is emailed to you. Hope that helps.

Is there a forum anyway? It seems I can't find it at the website! I needed to ask something.
