Google apps and limits with email marketing

Not sure if it's the best forum to ask this, but it's related to hosting.

I have a Windows hosting for our business and send a newsletter twice a week to almost 10,000 subscribers through the hosting mail server.

I'd like to move to google apps so we can use the gmail interface. The problem is that I see Google apps has some limitations for sending mails (500 per user per day if I understood right, no matter if it's free or premier account).

Does anyone send a newsletter through Google apps? What can I do?

    Many thanks for your help.

There are companies which specialize in sending bulk e-mail. Since I don't do that, I can't direct you to any but a search should bring you dozens to assess in terms of numbers, frequency, content and PRICE. Because they specialize, they won't run into the problems you WILL have sending bulk e-mail (blacklists, spamblockers at Internet routers, etc).

Just search on google, you may get a list million of companies that offer such kind of services.
I shall not comment on google apps because i do not know much about it. Wait for a new reply

Thank you, if someone use Google apps and send newsletters, I'd love to hear their experiences.

    Thanks!

I don't think google is or wants to be a mass mailing service. If you need to use a third party check out campaign monitor, mail chimp as two good examples.

    Smile

Well, if they are something like Newletters, they must have a relation with Advertisements through Emails for your website. I think Google won't allow too many Emails to be sent as Google had faced problems related with this.

Actually, quite a long time ago, it is said that Users who used Google Mail complained that they saw Advertisements in the Inbox of their Email accounts and hence they thought that their Email accounts were Opened, Hacked or known by the Companies placing Advertisements. Hence, Google had to Remove those Advertisements so that Users continue to Register.

So I think they won't allow you to do that.

Yeah a search on google will show hundreds but only a few are any good ofcourse.

I'd reccommend awebber first, then constantcontact and there was one more newer one that was getting good reviews but I forget it.

Thank you, I add aweber to my list:

I have these ones to choose up to now:

    constantcontact
    icontact
    mailchimp
    contactology
    newsberry
    aweber

Some charge for email and some charge per subscriber. I think it's better per subscriber.
