Windows Server 2008, can't copy files

    Hello,

I rent windows dedicated server for just about a month, but I never had problem.

When I copy files on my home computer and then paste them onto server's drive, files begin copying, but after some time they stop copying and I hear double beep sound.

Time after which they stop copying is random.

I wonder how can I fix it?

Exactly which files are you copying to where on said win2k8 box? Have you looked at the event logs to see if they tell you anything?

    Hello,

How did you copy the files, through FTP or RD?

I copy files of the PHP script. I'v copied them before without any errors.

I've checked Event Viewer > Windows Logs, there are no errors for the time when I hear double beep and files stop copying.

Files copying when I keep Remote Desktop windows focused for all period of time (about 30 minutes).

But if I click on some other windows on my home computer (and RD windows becomes unfocused), files stop copying in few seconds or minutes.
