Free PHP open-source easy-to-use cms opinions needed
I am wanting to know if there is an actual free php mysql open-source easy-to-use content management system, which I can provide to my clients from now on. The cms must have lots of modules, something like the size of Joomla's extensions. I have clients which use Joomla and find it too hard to use. I don't think they are computer/internet savvy people. I have seen Drupal and Wordpress, and don't think I can provide those to my clients.
Would love to hear from a user's perspective, not from a designer/developer perspective, even though it would help for me as a designer to have an easy-to-use cms. Please provide a website link to the cms with your opinion. Thanks in advance.

I heard CMS Made Simple is really simple, but never tried it.
Do you really need traffic? Where to? What for?
If you really do need traffic then stop messing around!

There's a huge list of CMS's at http://cmscritic.com/cms-list, it's a mixed bag of free, commercials, and opensource but worth bookmarking.
To decide on a particular CMS for a site you need to assess a few things:
1. Is it capable of managing the sites content as required?
2. Is is easy enough for your customer to understand how to maintain it?
3. Is it secure, does the developer quicly release patches and fixes if vunerabilities are found?
4. It it extensible - can it be extended in future if new features are needed?
5. Total cost of ownership

I don't think that you will find free cms with support(number of modules) like Joomla and Wordpress.
