    MySQL files and text

Hey guys and gals! Got a couple of questions:
I've got Apach 1.3.23 Php 4.1.1 and Mysql 3.23 set up on winxp home. I was wondering when I make a database with tables where is the file? Going through kev's book and doing the exercises I wondered this because there are times when I want to take the dbase (say jokes) file with me on my laptop. Also is there a way to tke data from a text file and put it into a mysql dbase. I've got a client with about 20 million emails that need a place to go, and I don't want to type them in by hand.

    Thoughts????
    Please???

Install phpMyAdmin. There's various options for exports there.

Or download and install mySQLFront, which is a nice little tool. There you have even an option for "export as HTML-table" (among other stuff), which is cool.
