Hosting - FTP & Control Panel - allow access to certian ip

Im looking for Hosting that can do the following:

FTP & Control Panel login - allow access to certian ip's.
So every1 else would be blocked from the login process except me!
But yet again they can still view the website I dont want to block them from viewing the site.

With our hosting you can block IPs from cPanel

With this option I would have to sit and block the hacker each time he moves to a different proxy, location or new service provider!

Please advize.

FTP account can not be accessed from other users except you. I would recommend to set strong passwords, so that it can not be hacked. By default all the visitors of your website can access your website.

You can do google and find better host as per your requirements.

I believe that it is said you CAN. So that can be used or not used and you have the control over that

I assume that you need to have script to do that task for you. I'm afraid but probably there are no web hosts which can offer that for you.
