hi i have an interesting question, is working hard or working smart any kind of job is better. any answer for this question.

Smart obviously. Efficiency maximises the potential income you can earn per hour and TIME is the one thing we can't make more of.

50% smarts, 40% hard, 10% luck. The way I look at it is if you are smart at SEO and link building you are SMART, you basically know your stuff, so then the only way to go from there is 100% hard!

working hard for me, it means if you work hard you will learn patiently what supposed to be needed and you become smart...

Working smart is better than working hard. It would be better that in everything you do you work smart on it rather that hard that will end up nothing because you don't even analyze what you are doing.

I think you need to work hard first in order to be able to work smart. Once you've worked very hard on something, only then you realise and think about how you can optimize your working habits. It's a process, and not a particularly short one. The optimal goal is, obviously, to work smart, but that doesn't exclude hard work. On the contrary.

I think both plays an important role in ones success.If u work hard only sumtimes people might not give u importance so with that u should also be smart n use ur talent effectively where needed.For some, smartness only works out but its very rare if u r lucky enough.
