Is this web site worth anything?
I have got a web site that I spent about 3,000 hours programming. Here is the URL:
I am trying to figure out if this web site is saleable.
Right now it does not have any customers. The web site has got about 1,300 news articles in the database. It gets between 50 to 100 visitors per day from search engine searches.
The web site has a Google PR5 ranking.
Alexa has it ranked at something like 17,000,000. Something is fishy there. It gets more traffic than that.
It's got the following:
The Self-Serve advertising does not have a single customer. I can't understand why.
The Self-Serve advertising is fully automated. It has a secure credit card processing script. It has the Authorize dot net gateway. The admin section can manage the customers.
Turn-Key Display Advertising
All of the news reporting pages have the capability to have rotating display banner advertisements.
Below are three pages from the administrator section. It will give you an idea what the backend looks like.

Something is wrong with your plan.
There's lots of good news information there.
No apparent advertising of calls to action on the two pages I looked at. I can understand why no customers.
Not many incoming links. Do you get the PR5 just from being a pretty site and 2 years old?
The site-building/content management system might be adaptable to other niches, you might be able to sell that.
