svn:ignore to ignore some files and not others?

I have a directory that I store my users' uploaded files in (e.g. /files). The directory stores files by their project_id as the directory, and all of that projects files are stored inside (e.g. /files/1002).

I have a .htaccess file inside my /files that I want to version.

How can I tell subversion to ignore all directories/files in /files except .htaccess ?

Ahh, so if I explicitly add files even with an ignore, it will still pick up my versioned files. Great! Thanks for your help.

Yes, apinomus. Once the file is in version control svn:ignore property doesn't apply to it unless you do a svn rm, then it will get ignored.
