Like the add up above says, Hostgator! I have found them good value and online chat support has been very good every time I needed it.

I'd recommend seohosting which is in any case Hostgator's sister company

I think pictureplace is looking for different 10 class-c ip addresses.
My question here is ... do you need all 10 ips to be different class-c ip address?

Depends on your target market. Choose a host of the required specification located in the same country as your target market.

    Hello,

There are many factors when you choose a new hosting provider:

    supported technologies
    support
    uptime
    price
    money back guarantee
    number of customers
    datacenters
    location
    awards
    ...

It's very difficult to say which hosting company is the best, and each one has advantages and disadvantages. You should also have in mind that if some Hosting provider is the best for somebody else, it could be not for you.

    Regards

The other thing to mention is beware of hosting companies who claim to have: unlimited bandwidth or unlimited disk space.

Most non-technical people would not know that in reality there is a physical limit to the above 2 factors for servers - a company that claims otherwise is spinning marketing lies.

Best to go on recommendation - e.g. do you have any friends, colleagues, business acqaintances who have used a host for some time with no problems and great support?

Hostgator has a C-Block service called Seohosting.com you can check them out or ask for details via the chat there....which is linked to the Hostgator chat backbone.

If you are targeting US market , you should go for US hosts else you can try offshore hosting , hostmonster , hostgator ,etc are good.
