Script Using Server Time, Please Help

I am using a PHP/Zend based script that uses the server time/date when content is posted.

I recently moved my server from a single to a three server setup with a load balancer. The date is coming up correct, and time, but the year is wrong. The year appears to be right on the server but not on the script it keeps coming up as "0109."

Does anyone at all have a fix or know what the problem could be?

Right now they are transferring the database over. The big difference between the servers is the PHP version. The old has 5.2.5 and new has 5.2.9. Other than that I believe everything is more or less the same. But the date is correct on the old server and still bad on the new. I wonder if a PHP rollback is in order.
